What deposits are required?

The security deposit is based off of credit and income. In order to qualify for the standard deposit, all applicants must have a credit score of 550+ and make at least three times the monthly rent combined. The standard security deposit for our 2 bedroom floorplan is $350 and the standard security deposit for any of our 3 bedroom floorplans is $450. If the applicant does not meet the income requirement, a guarantor is required. If the applicants do not meet the credit requirements, then the deposit will be equal to one month’s base rent. However, you can get the deposit waived completely with an approved guarantor!

What is a guarantor?

A guarantor acts as a financial co-signer. A guarantor is someone who is not living in the apartment and meets the same credit and income requirements. As long as the guarantor meets those requirements, then we can waive the deposit completely. The guarantor holds the responsibility of paying any monies owed to us, should the resident fail to.

What other fees associated with my lease?

There is a $50 application fee per person. The application runs the mandatory credit and background check on all residents. We also have a $200 leasing fee which covers the basic steam, clean, and paint of the apartment at move-out.

What is your pet policy?

We are pet friendly with no breed restrictions up to 80 lbs. The pet fee will range from $250-$350, and pet rent will range from $25-45. Both pet fee and pet rent are dependent upon the age and weight of your pet.

How can I pay rent?

Rent can be paid by cashier’s check, money order, personal check, or online payment. At move-in, you will get the information on how to pay online.

Do you allow short-term leases?

The shortest lease term that Greenwich Green offers is a 6-month lease. Any 6-month lease comes at a 20% premium on top of your monthly base rent.

When is move-in day?

Our move-in day is August 13, 2018. Move-out day is July 30, 2018. We also have apartment homes available for move in year around.

When can I renew my lease?

You can renew your lease at any time. Stop by the Greenwich Green office today to discuss your renewal rate and get the ball rolling with securing your home for another year!
